Do you ever feel like cooking, especially healthy meals, is hard? I do. Especially if you’re only cooking for one (which is how I started). And honestly, while I like leftovers, I can’t just prep on Sunday and eat the same breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all week. I just can’t.
When I was first cooking for myself (as a junior in college, living off campus), I didn’t really know where to start. I knew how to cook – my mom had taught me the basics. And I’m pretty good at following directions from the internet. But actually buying the right groceries, making healthy stuff without breaking the bank, not having a ton of food waste – all that was hard.
